SANDRO MAZZOLA (80)
Sandro Mazzola è stato un calciatore con ruolo di attaccante dell’Inter, uno dei giocatori più forti e talentuosi della fine degli anni ’60 e ’70. E’ stato campione d’Europa nel 1968 e vice campione del mondo nel 1970 con la nazionale italiana. Il grande campione attualmente vive a Vedano e proprio lui nel 2021 ha battezzato la riapertura del centro per anziani di via Italia intitolato a Sandro Pertini. Una struttura che mira a essere punto di socializzazione fra gli ospiti attraverso appuntamenti culturali, ludici e ricreativi. Mazzola attualmente si gode la famiglia e il riposo meritatissimo dato dalla sua lunga e brillante carriera calcistica.
