Al secolo Anna Maria Mazzini è conosciutissima in tutto il mondo col nome d’arte Mina, una delle più celebri e inimitabili cantanti della storia della musica. La sua lunghissima carriera iniziò grazie al fortunato incontro con Gino Paoli che nel 1960 le propose di cantare una sua canzone Il Cielo in una Stanza. Questa canzone segnò per sempre il destino di Mina annoverandola come un autentico talento artistico universale. Da quel momento Mina diventa protagonista nelle trasmissioni storiche della Rai come Canzonissima, Studio Uno: la sua grande presenza scenica è molto impattante sul pubblico che la adora e le regala immense soddisfazioni. Il 1978 però è l’anno della svolta: Mina decide di non cantare più ritirandosi a vita privata in Svizzera dove risiede tutt’oggi accanto al marito Eugenio Quaini, cardiochirurgo in pensione. Qui la mitica cantante conduce una vita più tranquilla, lontana dai riflettori, dedicandosi solo al marito e ai nipotini.
