Dalla piccola azienda di famiglia l’ingegnere e imprenditore mosse i suoi primi passi alla fine degli anni ’70 fino a condurre oggi un colosso mondiale della distribuzione farmaceutica. L’imprenditore, insieme alla moglie Ornella Barra, è stato protagonista di una rivoluzione nel mondo imprenditoriale portandolo a essere amministratore delegato di Walgreen Boots Allience, la più grande azienda del mondo di prodotti per la salute e il benessere con quasi 19 mila punti vendita, oltre 400 mila dipendenti e 400 centri di distribuzione verso farmacie, ospedali e poliambulatori in più di 20 paesi nel mondo.
