Alice and Ellen are known as the Kessler twins, a German artistic duo that has made its fortune in Italy since the 60s. The Kessler twins are an authentic piece of pop culture and a symbol of television even for those generations who have not seen them dance their historic da-da-un-pa with their kilometer-long legs. The two dancers have not worked for some time now but have always been very close in life and in their profession. They currently live in Munich in a large house: both have never married or had children. Sometimes they return to Italy to participate as guests on some programs.
