CLAUDE MOSSÉ – 98 ANS
Claude Mossé est une historienne française, spécialiste de l’histoire de la Grèce antique. Elle a rédigé une vingtaine d’ouvrages, principalement sur la Grèce classique et la période hellénistique. Ses livres ont été traduits en plusieurs langues, ce qui témoigne de l’importance de son œuvre.
Claude Mossé a eu l’ambition de vulgariser autant que possible l’histoire de la Grèce antique, et on peut dire qu’elle a réussi, car elle demeure l’une des historiennes les plus connues en France. Sa curiosité illimitée l’a aussi aidée à garder une fraîcheur d’esprit admirable malgré son âge avancé.
