Il possède par exemple une grande maison située à Majorque. Elle se trouve sur une propriété de 77 hectares. Elle a une superficie de 1 000 m2. Elle est bien équipée, comprenant une dizaine de chambres, plusieurs salles de bain, un immense salon, etc. D’après les sources de Closer, Michael Douglas a vendu cette demeure pour 42 millions d’euros. Vu qu’il n’a pas trouvé d’acheteur, il a baissé le prix jusqu’à 30 millions d’euros.
