CATHERINE DENEUVE – GUAINVILLE (3,9 MILLIONS D’EUROS)
Catherine Deneuve est une référence dans le secteur du septième art depuis longtemps. C’est normal vu ses talents d’actrice qu’on peut admirer dans des films comme « Peau d’âne » ou encore « Belle de jour ». Elle continue à exercer son métier d’actrice, et cela, malgré ses problèmes de santé qui datent de 2019. Concernant sa maison, elle en possédait une à Guainville autrefois. Elle y a habité durant une trentaine d’années avant de la mettre en vente. La maison en question est le « Château de Primard ». Catherine Deneuve l’a obtenu pour 3,9 millions d’euros. La bâtisse date du XVIIe siècle.
