NAGUI – SAINT-TROPEZ (1,9 MILLION D’EUROS)
Nagui a acheté une magnifique maison à Saint-Tropez en 1997. C’est lors d’une soirée organisée en 2000 dans sa maison qu’il a fait la rencontre de Mélanie Page qui est devenue sa femme. Nagui a acheté cette maison pour environ 1,9 million d’euros à cette époque selon René Chiche dans son livre « Nagui, un enfant de la télé ». Ce dernier a demandé une estimation à un agent immobilier pour voir combien vaut la maison actuellement. D’après les calculs de l’agent immobilier, la demeure de Nagui coûte dans les 8 à 10 millions d’euros.
