PIERRE CARDIN – THÉOULE-SUR-MER (350 MILLIONS D’EUROS)
Après avoir brillé en tant que styliste, Pierre Cardin a quitté ce monde le 29 décembre 2020. Il a réussi à amasser une fortune de plus de 600 millions d’euros avant son grand départ. Parmi ses biens les plus prestigieux, il y a sa maison qui se trouve à Théoule-sur-Mer. Cette dernière est somptueuse, mais aussi très chère. La maison en question est estimée à environ 350 millions d’euros. Elle est implantée sur un grand terrain de 7 000 m2 composé de 1 200 m2 de surface habitable. Dans cette maison, il y a plusieurs pièces impressionnantes, y compris un amphithéâtre pour 500 personnes.
