Raul Lopez, Met Gala 2023 – Luar
La soirée du Met Gala a résonné encore plus fort en 2023 lorsque Raul Lopez de Luar y a répondu présent en s’installant à s’asseoir à la table de Balenciaga. Il faisait partie des quatre jeunes créateurs invités par Chanel pour assister au gala, et autant dire qu’il était en bonne compagnie à cette soirée.
Sa petite amie et amie de jeunesse, la mannequin Paloma Elsesser, était en effet présente à ses côtés pour cette occasion. Lopez a aussi mis son talent à profit afin de créer une tenue d’exception pour Elsesser, laquelle est inspirée d’un défilé de couture de Karl Lagerfeld pour Chanel datant de 1999.
