Erykah Badu, Met Gala 2023 – Marni
Erykah Badu a fait une déclaration aussi audacieuse et élégante à la mode en portant cet ensemble tout en blanc lors du Met Gala en 2023. Elle porte ici une création sur mesure de chez Marni, créé par Francesco Russo, qui comporte 90 000 mètres de fil, de perles et de cristaux cousus à la main.
Badu est aussi coiffée d’une perruque blanche flottante qui se prolonge au point de couvrir son visage en guise d’hommage à Karl Lagerfeld en plus d’avoir des grands accessoires sur ses mains et son cou. Elle était en outre venue au gala ce soir-là en compagnie de Risso, directeur artistique, et de sa fille Puma.
