Christian Siriano a parcouru un long chemin depuis qu’il s’est fait connaître à ses débuts avec “Project Runway”. En 2007, Siriano a remporté la 4ème saison de cette émission de télé-réalité américaine et a même figuré sur la liste des 100 personnes les plus influentes de 2018 selon Time Magazine.
