Kendra Wilkinson is best known for being one of the ex-girlfriends of the late Hugh Hefner. Since she was a model who often did daring pictorials, it was vital for her to stay fit. Her body later went through significant changes when she became a mother of two.
She didn’t want to stay heavy after giving birth, so she followed the Atkins program. Wilkinson also fell in love with lifting weights and running. Her total weight loss amounted to 55 pounds. Wilkinson starred in a new reality series in 2021 titled “Kendra Sells Hollywood.”
