Joey Fatone is a talented performer who rose to fame as part of NSYNC. He was never strict with his lifestyle habits, but he went through a noticeable change when he joined “Dancing with the Stars” in 2007. All the dancing he did served as a great cardio workout for him.
He paired it with strict dieting, which led to him dropping around 40 pounds. Fatone doesn’t release music anymore but has ventured into acting. According to his IMDb page, he appeared in a new movie in 2021 titled “Church People.”
