Sam Smith has been a well-known singer in the music scene ever since he appeared in Disclosure’s song called “Latch” in 2012. He was on the heavier side when he first emerged in the spotlight, but he eventually did something about it. He reportedly got help from a nutritional therapist.
He had a custom diet that was effective for him, and he paired it with consistent exercising. Smith ultimately lost over 50 pounds. He gained some of it back, but he isn’t complaining. In 2020, he released a new album titled “Love Goes.”
