Hillary Duff caught everyone’s hearts ever since she starred in the “Lizzie McGuire” series during her younger years. She always had a fantastic figure, but she gained weight after becoming a mom. She didn’t want to stay heavy forever, so she stepped up her fitness game.
On top of a more active lifestyle, she also adopted healthier eating habits. Duff reportedly shed at least 25 pounds. As of 2022, she hasn’t stopped pursuing new acting roles, and she began starring in a new show called “How I Met Your Father.”
