Many of you would recognize actress Kirsten Vangsness for being one of the stars of the series “Criminal Minds.” Working long hours made it hard for her to watch her diet, so she grew heavier. In 2014, she decided it was finally time to turn her weight around.
She says that the weight loss podcast of Renee Stephens helped her in her journey. Vangsness consumed vegetables regularly, and it made her lose 50 pounds. As of January 2022, her IMDb page says her last role was in a short film in 2020 called “Curtains.”
