Mel Gibson (30 pounds) – Diet & Working Out
You might’ve loved Mel Gibson’s performances in the “Mad Max” and “Lethal Weapon” franchises. He always took care of his physique, but it got harder to maintain it as he got older. Thankfully, he still has discipline, and he managed to get buff again in 2020.
He lost about 20 pounds after working out with a personal trainer and eating healthier meals. Gibson’s healthy habits allow him to remain strong enough to take on new roles left and right. He had two new films come out in 2021 titled “Last Looks” and “Dangerous.”
