Ed Sheeran has made waves in the music scene ever since he released his successful debut album “+.” He was always eating good food, especially when he was on tour. He didn’t like how big he got, so he decided to change his life by 2019.
He built his stamina by quitting smoking, and he started working out more. Sheeran also stayed consistent with his new healthy diet, and he lost around 50 pounds. He has no plans of retiring as of 2022, and he released a new album in 2021 called “=.”
