Jordin Sparks became a massive star ever since her appearance on “American Idol.” In 2012, she shocked her fans with an incredible weight loss transformation. She didn’t need to get any weight loss surgery, for she achieved her new slimmer physique through old-fashioned methods.
She practiced portion control, and she started getting active by taking Zumba classes and going for hikes. Sparks lost as much as 50 pounds in the end. As of 2022, her most recent album was 2020’s “Cider & Hennessy.” She competed on “The Masked Singer” in 2021
