If you saw Chris Pratt at the start of his career, you’d notice that he didn’t have rock-hard abs yet. His body went through a transformation once he landed prominent roles like the one in “Guardians of the Galaxy.” He couldn’t consume unhealthy food anymore and had to watch his calories.
He also worked out consistently, and even if it got tiring at times, it was worth it in the end because he lost 60 pounds and looked amazing on the big screen. Pratt starred in a new movie in 2021 called “The Tomorrow War.”
