He changed his diet plan, and he worked out more. Garcia shed about 30 pounds, but it was hard for him to keep it off. After “Lost,” he appeared in series like “Hawaii Five-0” and “Alcatraz.” His most recent role as of 2022 was on an episode of “MacGyver” in 2021.
