Drew Carey (100 pounds) – Exercise & Low Carb Meals
Drew Carey first caught people’s attention with his sitcom called “The Drew Carey Show,” but his most notable gig was hosting “The Price Is Right.” He was never strict about his lifestyle habits, which led to his weight getting out of hand and getting diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
He didn’t have to undergo any drastic measures, for dieting and working out worked well for him. Carey shocked his fans with a tremendous 100-pound weight loss. As of 2022, you can still watch him on TV because he hasn’t left his role as the host of “The Price Is Right.”
Keely Shaye Smith (100 pounds) – Clean Diet & Consistent Exercise
Keely Shaye Smith is an established journalist who has been married to Pierce Brosnan since 2001. She was pretty slim back in the day, but it looks like she cared less about her weight as she got older. She later embarked on a weight loss journey and stuck to natural methods.

She mostly ate organic food and got regular daily exercise. Smith reportedly dropped 100 pounds, but keeping it off was quite a challenge. She has become an outspoken activist over the years, and she released an award-winning documentary titled “Poisoning Paradise” in 2017.
Rebel Wilson (60 pounds) – Eating Healthy & Exercising
Rebel Wilson is an outstanding comedian who became an international star after starring in “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” and the “Pitch Perfect” films. She was confident in her heavier physique during the early parts of her career, but it looks like she eventually realized she needed a healthy lifestyle to improve her quality of life.

She consistently stuck to healthy meals daily, and she broke a sweat regularly. Wilson got to drop at least 60 pounds, and she successfully maintained her figure as of 2022. She didn’t have any films in 2021, but she appeared in shows like “Dish Nation” and “Extra with Billy Bush.”
Jorge Garcia (30 pounds) – Dieting & Working Out
Actor Jorge Garcia is best known for starring in “Lost.” Before filming for the show’s first season, producers told him to work on his weight. It was understandable since all the hours they spent on set can take a toll on your body if you’re unfit.


He changed his diet plan, and he worked out more. Garcia shed about 30 pounds, but it was hard for him to keep it off. After “Lost,” he appeared in series like “Hawaii Five-0” and “Alcatraz.” His most recent role as of 2022 was on an episode of “MacGyver” in 2021.
Kevin Federline (30 pounds) – Joined Celebrity Fit Club
Kevin Federline was a former backup dancer who gained when he married pop star Britney Spears. He was pretty fit during his dancing days, but he experienced significant weight gain over the years. He later joined “Celebrity Fit Club” and lost about 30 pounds.
Participants had to alter their eating habits and step up their fitness game. Despite his successful weight loss, Federline had a tough time keeping the weight off, and it looks like he’s back on the heavier side in more recent times. He has been married to volleyball player Victoria Prince since 2013 and has two kids together.
Garth Brooks (50 pounds) – Healthy Eating & Working Out
Garth Brooks is an icon in the music scene because he was the only one who had nine albums that reached diamond certification in the United States. He’s mainly a country singer, but he integrates rock and pop elements into his music. For many years, he didn’t get to manage his weight well.

He decided enough was enough, so he embarked on a weight loss journey. Brooks began hitting the gym and eating healthier meals. He ultimately shed around 50 pounds. In 2021, he performed during the Presidential Inauguration of Joe Biden.
