Keely Shaye Smith is an established journalist who has been married to Pierce Brosnan since 2001. She was pretty slim back in the day, but it looks like she cared less about her weight as she got older. She later embarked on a weight loss journey and stuck to natural methods.
She mostly ate organic food and got regular daily exercise. Smith reportedly dropped 100 pounds, but keeping it off was quite a challenge. She has become an outspoken activist over the years, and she released an award-winning documentary titled “Poisoning Paradise” in 2017.
Kelly Clarkson (37 pounds) – Healthy Diet

Jessica Simpson achieved widespread fame once her first album, “Sweet Kisses,” came out in 1999. She always had a slim figure, but she gained weight after giving birth to three children. Fortunately, consistent weight loss efforts made it possible for her to get her old body back.

She consumed healthy and balanced meals while working out with a personal trainer. Sources say she dropped around 100 pounds. Simpson was inactive in the music scene for about a decade, but she made a comeback in 2021 with her own version of “Particles” by Nothing but Thieves.
Rebel Wilson (60 pounds) – Eating Healthy & Exercising
Rebel Wilson is an outstanding comedian who became an international star after starring in “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” and the “Pitch Perfect” films. She was confident in her heavier physique during the early parts of her career, but it looks like she eventually realized she needed a healthy lifestyle to improve her quality of life.

She consistently stuck to healthy meals daily, and she broke a sweat regularly. Wilson got to drop at least 60 pounds, and she successfully maintained her figure as of 2022. She didn’t have any films in 2021, but she appeared in shows like “Dish Nation” and “Extra with Billy Bush.”
Susan Boyle (Over 30 pounds) – Dieting & Working Out
Susan Boyle rose to fame ever since joining “Britain’s Got Talent.” She wasn’t the type who needed a slim waist to be happy, but her diabetes diagnosis made her put more effort into slimming down. She stopped consuming junk and ate healthier food instead.

She also started working out, ultimately losing more than 30 pounds. Boyle didn’t win “Britain’s Got Talent,” but she still became a professional singer. As of 2022, she hasn’t released a new album since her 2019 album called “Ten.” She appeared on a “River City” episode in 2021.
Dawn French (105 pounds) – Counted Calories & Exercised
Dawn French is a talented actress who most people would remember for “French and Saunders” and “The Vicar of Dibley.” She had a shocking weight loss transformation over the years, and many initially assumed that it was thanks to surgery.

Sources later revealed that her weight loss resulted from eating low carb meals and counting her calories. She was also doing a lot of walking. French reportedly lost a whopping 105 pounds. In 2021, she served as a judge on the “Walk the Line.” She also narrated “The Secret World of….”
