Jennifer Hudson might’ve not emerged on top when she joined “American Idol,” but she still became one of the most notable singers of her generation. She had a noticeable makeover over the years, and it looks like she has no plans of going back to her old weight.
She reportedly had a customized diet, and she worked out regularly. Hudson dropped around 80 pounds and kept most of it off until more recent times. She had a superb performance as Aretha Franklin in the 2021 biopic “Respect,” and she worked on the film’s official soundtrack.
