George R. R. Martin is the iconic author of “A Song of Ice and Fire,” which was the basis of the hit show called “Game of Thrones.” He never pressured himself to look a certain way, but it seems like he isn’t as big as he used to be. Unfortunately, he doesn’t talk about his weight loss methods.
We can assume that he takes tips out of his book called “The Science Fiction Weight Loss Book.” Martin is still far from retiring, and he served as the executive producer of two series called “Dark Winds” and “House of the Dragon” in 2022.
