It was hard for Adam Richman to slim down because of his line of work. He was the host of Travel Channel programs about eating. He was consuming an unhealthy amount of calories regularly, and it took a toll on his weight. Fortunately, he decided it was time for a change in 2015.
He went vegan and reportedly dropped an impressive 70 pounds. Richman gained some weight back, but it looks like he’s still happy with his figure. He’s still a friendly face people see on TV, and he appeared in shows like “Modern Marvels” and “The Food That Built America” in 2021.
