Graham Elliot is undoubtedly an inspiration to many because he successfully lost 147 pounds. He first got gastric sleeve surgery, and it all changed from there. He refrained from any sweets and stuck to eating dried fruit, seaweed chips, and almonds. He also works out every other day.
It was undoubtedly a challenge for him to kickstart his weight loss journey because he’s a chef and restaurateur. Elliott gained fame for appearing in shows like “MasterChef” and “Iron Chef.” In 2021, he made a guest appearance on the series called “Selena + Chef.”
