People got to know who Lauren Alaina was when she joined “American Idol.” She didn’t win in the series, but she still embarked on a professional music career. Once she rose to fame, she felt pressured to look perfect, and it took a while before she found the correct weight-loss method.
The Atkins diet plan worked the best for her because it allowed her to shed around 25 pounds. Alaina hasn’t gotten tired of pursuing music, and she released a new studio album in 2021 titled “Sitting Pretty on Top of the World.”
