Kelly Clarkson’s fame skyrocketed after winning the first-ever “American Idol.” Her weight has fluctuated over the years, and it looks like staying fit became even more complex after welcoming two children. She ultimately decided that it was time to start looking fabulous again.
She began using healthier ingredients for her meals and sought help from Dr. Gundry’s book called “The Plant Paradox.” Clarkson reportedly dropped around 37 pounds. As of 2022, she hosts her own talk show titled “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” and her most recent album is “Kelly Clarkson Presents: When Christmas Comes Around .”
