Kelly Rowland is yet another celebrity who only experienced being out of shape when she got pregnant. After giving birth to her first child in 2014, she knew it was time to get her old body back. She ditched the unwanted carbs for a healthier diet program.
She also became active through spin classes, and she ultimately became 70 pounds lighter. Most people would remember Rowland for being a member of Destiny’s Child, but she also pursued a solo career. In 2021, she welcomed her second child, and we bet she already knows what to do to get her weight back on track.
