Sting – 1969 Alfa Romeo Spider, £30K
Sting, the legendary musician known for his smooth voice and timeless hits, owns a 1969 Alfa Romeo “Spider” that’s all about style over speed. He’s had this classic since 2002 when he picked it up from a fellow Alfisti in Sydney.
The car isn’t the fastest on the road, with just 86 horsepower and a 0 to 60 miles per hour in 12.7 seconds, but what it lacks in speed, it makes up for in class and sophistication—just like Sting. This Alfa Romeo, valued at around £30K, had some restoration work done before Sting took it under his wing, and it’s been a cherished part of his collection ever since.
