Veronica Ferres und Martin Krug – Traurige Realität des Zeitmangels
Die Idee, das Privat- und Berufsleben miteinander zu verbinden, klingt zunächst wie ein Traum, besonders wenn man mit dem Partner in derselben Branche tätig ist. Doch oft sieht die Realität anders aus, geprägt von Zeitmangel und fehlender Romantik. Das erlebten auch Veronica Ferres und ihr Ehemann, der Filmproduzent Martin Krug, in ihrer Ehe. Im Jahr 2001 begrüßten sie ihre Tochter Lilly, die mittlerweile ebenfalls im Filmgeschäft Fuß gefasst hat.
Obwohl das Paar zusammen an Filmprojekten arbeitete, führte der tägliche Zeitmangel dazu, dass sie sich mit der Zeit mehr als Kollegen denn als Lebenspartner fühlten. Diese Situation mündete 2008 in die Trennung. Seit 2014 ist Ferres mit dem Unternehmer Carsten Maschmeyer liiert.
