This Bear Had A Strange Job At A Hospital That Night
Saving the Creatures
Peter’s voice echoed from the well. “The creatures are the same ones the bear brought to the hospital. They’re trapped down here.” Hana’s heart raced as she leaned over the edge. Peter, his voice filled with desperation, looked up at her. “We can’t leave them here. They’re in trouble.” Hana nodded.
She had made a promise to the bear, and now it was time to fulfill it. She grabbed the rope, securing it to a tree nearby. The bear stood close, its eyes trained on the well. Hana could see the trust in the bear’s gaze. One by one, the creatures were lifted to safety, cradled gently in Peter’s arms.
