Manoel Soares é apresentador, escritor e jornalista. Na juventude, viveu em situação de rua e teve sua vida transformada pela arte. Também trabalhou como gráfico e na construção civil antes de investir na comunicação, quando foi contratado pela RBS TV, afiliada da Globo, no Rio Grande do Sul.
Tornou-se ativista social e cofundador da Central Única de Favelas (CUFA). Integrou o programa ‘Profissão Repórter’ e do ‘É de Casa’. No ar com Patrícia Poeta no programa ‘Encontro’, o jornalista acaba de assumir uma nova missão em 2023: ser âncora no ‘Papo de Segunda’, do GNT. Embaixador Cultural da União Africana pelo Conselho Econômico e Cultural da The African Pride e com vários outros prêmios, não temos o valor exato do patrimônio do apresentador.
