With an illustrious career that took off with her role as Lieutenant Colonel Sarah MacKenzie in “JAG,” Catherine Bell has become a household name in the world of acting. Her performance was so compelling that NBC saw CBS pick it up after canceling the show. This led to the character’s development, which resonated deeply with audiences, partly due to Catherine’s authentic portrayal, which included speaking Persian.
Following “JAG,” Catherine continued to captivate viewers in the mystical role of Cassandra “Cassie” Nightingale in Hallmark’s “The Good Witch” films, a character she played from 2008 to 2015 and continued in the series that followed until 2021.
