John Hughes and Kristen Welker may be one of the most well-known couples in show business. She works for NBC News in Washington, D.C., where she covers the White House, and Hughes is the director of marketing for Merck, a pharmaceutical giant that is one of the largest corporations in the world.
From the moment he laid eyes on Welker in 2014, Hughes knew she was well out of his league. However, it turns out that when two people fall in love, things just sort of click. Eventually, they tied the knot in 2017 and welcomed a daughter in June 2021.
