George Clooney was sure he’d never get married until he fell for the love of his life. Amal Alamuddin, a prominent human rights attorney, was all it took to change his opinion. The lovebirds were introduced to each other by mutual acquaintances at George’s house in 2013.
After exchanging emails for quite a while, they decided to meet for their first outing in London. In April 2014, less than a year after their first official date, George proposed unexpectedly during a quiet dinner at his house. They’ve tied the knot, had two kids, and are fully committed to philanthropic works together.
