The Yales and Harvards of the world better watch out, for there's a new university in town – the social media!
From cooking to DIY, share market to real estate, there's nothing you can't learn from apps like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok nowadays. Feeds flooded with tips and tricks and stories showing easy how-to's have become commonplace, and it seems in today's world, all that one needs to become an expert in a field is to scroll through social media channels dedicated to it! Well, we're not complaining, though, are we? 'Cuz if nothing else, they make for plenty of entertainment, right?

But, coming back to the point, it can't be denied that social platforms have become havens of learning and business. TikTok, for instance, has moved beyond its image of being a place when people can upload dancing videos and is gaining a lot of momentum with niche streams like real estate.

Though we admit, some of these people are just self-proclaimed ‘gurus’ of the trade without any relevant qualification, hey, at least they’re getting the job done, right?
On that note, join us as we introduce you to some of the best and most experienced real estate Tik Tokers of 2021.
