De echte Arsenalfans zullen op vandaag nog steeds terugdenken aan de fantastische periode die Dennis Bergkamp er bij hun heeft opzitten. Ooit begon hij bij Ajax en won zowat alles wat er te winnen viel. Bij Internazionale zette hij die reeks verder, maar beleefde er een extra hoogtepunt, toen hij in 1993 met zijn vriendin Henrita Ruizendaal naar het altaar mocht stappen. Daarna trokken ze samen naar Arsenal en konden ze nog heel wat prijzen als echtgenoten vieren. Als frisse vijftigers hebben ze ondertussen bijna 30 jaar huwelijk op de teller en dat zullen hun vier kinderen vast niet zomaar aan zich laten voorbij gaan.
